CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Private office in Lake Orion/Oxford/Rochester area since 1996.  My practice has included working with many different types of athlete, but, is not limited to working with one portion of the population.

2007 Cycle American Touring Co.

I worked with cyclists on the National Parks Tour for three months.  We traveled the Pacific Northwest in some of the most beautiful country we have in the US.  Also, I worked in some of the most primitive of conditions of my professional experience which proves bodywork can be done anywhere and be effective.  Meeting people from all over the US, Canada, and the UK was fun too and many of those relationships have remained close.

2002/2003 River Dance Troupe

I worked with dancers on locations in Detroit, Toronto, and Boston.  Each dancer needed treatments prior to and after each performance.  I was responsible for quickly assessing each client for symptom relief and get them back on stage.  I loved the fast pace and energy of working these dancers from Ireland, it was an excellent experience.

2003 U.S. Female Olympic cycling Team

I was hired as a Soigneur Intern, a French word meaning assistant.  My job was to work with 14 top female cyclists looking to qualify for the Olympics being held in Australia.  The experience was extremely exciting and challenging.  To work with some of the top female cyclists in the US was incredible and I don't think I have ever worked with individuals since that were aware of their bodywork needs.  This event took place in the Pennsylvania Mountains, it rained all three days but the riders performed well.  Truly amazing athletes.
